  1. Are the fragrances in your products natural and safe?
    Yes, The Skin Co products are 100% natural and are safe for every skin type.
  2. Are The Skin Co Products tested on animals?
    No product or source ingredients are tested on animals. We do not test on any animals and our product manufacturing is completely free from animal testing.
  3. Are The Skin Co Products vegan?
    Yes, All The Skin Co products are 100% natural and contain pure extract derived from plants. We do not use any animal by-products or animal derivatives in our products.
  4. Does The Skin Co provides samples of their products?
    Usually we do not provide any sample for our products. But, we will do our best to help you understand The Skin Co products better.
  5. Will The Skin Co products cause allergic reaction?
    Unfortunately, we do not guarantee that it will not cause allergic reaction as all the products are derived from plant oils & extracts. There is 1% chance of allergic reaction in those who have allergy to any of the product containing any specific type of extract. If you already have any type of allergy then please read the product ingredient list carefully before using the product.
  6. Are The Skin Co products safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
    The main ingredients which pregnant and breastfeeding ladies should avoid are Vitamin A and its derivatives. Please read all the ingredients mentioned on a product before using it.

ORDERS & PAYMENT RELATED FAQ

  1. What form of payments do you accept?
    The Skin Co accepts all modes of payment. You can pay via credit card, debit card, Internet banking, COD, GPay or Paytm.
  2. My payment was declined. What should I do?
    Our payments are managed by RazorPay directly and we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of payments. There is nothing to worry about, please wait for some time and retry again.
  3. Can I buy The Skin Co Products in any shop?
    Apart from main parent website The Skin Co products are available on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and purplle
  4. Can I change or cancel order once I’ve placed it?
    Yes, You can change or cancel your order from the ‘CANCEL’ button on the order details page under the ‘My account’ section. You simply need to give a reason for cancellation and leave the rest to us. You can call us on 011-45024746 (Mon-Sat- 10 am to 7 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
  5. What if an item is out of stock?
    We will alert you of an item go out of stock, when you try to buy it. You will receive a notification regarding availability once the item is been refilled on the website.
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    You can track the status of your order. Simply login into your account and click order details, you can see the status of your order there. 

RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND RELATED FAQ

  1. When can I raise a return/replacement query?
    In case you received a wrong, expired, missing product or damaged product you can immediately raise a return request.
  2. Under what conditions my return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
    In case of an opened/ used/ altered products your return request will not be accepted.
  3. In what time I have to raise a return, replacement or order cancellation request?
    You have to generate the return, replacement or order cancellation request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. After that time your request will not be accepted.
  4. How my return will be processed?
    Once you request to return a product, a pick-up will be arranged for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes quality control, a refund is initiated.
  5. Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, You can cancel your order from the ‘CANCEL’ button on the order details page under the ‘My account’ section. You simply need to give a reason for cancellation and leave the rest to us. You can call us on 011-45024746 (Mon-Sat- 10 am to 7 pm), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

  1. How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
    In the case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
  2. How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
    We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of the cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post-completion of the quality check. Please note, that this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
  3. Can I return part of my order?
    Yes, You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 24 hours of delivery.
